What learning materials does AI use in online sessions?
AI’s academic tutorials are focused on actual student needs. The main materials
used are the students’ resources—notes, books, outlines, etc. AI’s tutors may
provide supplementary exercises and references, as needed. We are also currently
working with different international content providers to include other teaching
and learning resources on our website.
How do I enroll in AHEAD Interactive?
- Enrollment in AI is fast and easy! Click on ENROLL NOW.
- Fill up the electronic ENROLLMENT FORM. When all required information is complete, click on SEND.
- If you are an existing PayPal Member, enter your log-in information. If not, register to click on NOT YET A PAYPAL MEMBER and complete the information on the pop-up window.
- Complete payment on PAYPAL.
- You will receive an ELECTRONIC INVOICE through your registered email address to
confirm purchase.- Install the Vidyocon Desktop on your computer, following the instructions that
will be sent to you.- Enter the virtual meeting room with your username and password at the agreed

What are the minimum system requirements for the virtual classroom?
- A high speed internet connection is preferred, either cable or DSL.
- A microphone and speakers, preferably a USB headset with a built-in microphone.
Who are AI’s tutors?
Ahead Interactive hires the most qualified and most dynamic online tutors.
They are teachers and honor graduates from internationally recognized institutions of higher learning.Beyond intelligence, our strict screening process ensures that they have the skill and patience to tutor students of different ages and backgrounds.
Can I choose the tutor?
AI matches the student to his tutor with much care. For the initial session, AI
shall assign the tutor most qualified to meet the student’s needs, based his
enrollment information.
However, the student (or his parent) can request a different tutor, should they
feel there was a mismatch.
What if my tutor can’t make it to the scheduled tutorial session?
AI’s Client Services Team shall inform you of any changes on your tutorial
program, including possible unavailability of the tutor through your registered
email. A substitute tutor shall be assigned to take over the tutorial session.
However, should you not wish to study with a different tutor, you may
re-schedule the session.
What if I cannot make it to the scheduled tutorial session?
Should you not be able to make it to a scheduled tutorial session, you will have
to inform AI’s Client Services Team by email at least twenty-four (24) hours
before the scheduled session. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before
the scheduled session shall no longer be accommodated. Tutorial hours for the
session will be recorded as consumed hours.**Sudden cancellations due to force majeure may be given special consideration on
a case by case basis.
Can I change schedules?
Requests for any schedule changes must be made through AI’s Client Services Team
by email. A confirmation of schedule change will be sent through your registered
email by AI’s Client Services Team within 24 hours. Without such confirmation,
the requested schedule changes will not be applied and the original schedule
indicated will prevail.
How sure am I that AI’s online video tutorials are not being viewed by others?AI uses its own Internet-based communication platform, which doesn’t pass
through any public networks. All learning exchanges are secure. Parents can
“watch in” during the sessions.
